|Recommended: YesFour out of Five — Solid apartment living in a tough-to-beat location. Maintenance and staff are very good, and most residents seem to care about the property. It can get a bit noisy during work hours, but that's kind of expected. Neighbors are generally decent—would be nice if everyone kept it down during late-night hours, though. At the end of the day, it's apartment life, and it is what it is.

|Recommended: YesMaintenance is A1 — I moved in about a week ago and had two HVAC issues one was my fault-the Nest was too smart for me and both were fixed within a few hours. Best maintenance I’ve ever had. The office staff, particularly Len is also incredible. It doesn’t feel like you’re a bother. Really-this place is great.

In all, the leasing staff and management has gone beyond to make sure my experience at Modera Reynoldstown been a positive one. I would recommend this beautiful, well kept property to live.
